Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice has been prepared by NeoAsset Group, as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to inform visitors of the www.neoasset.com.tr website and those who complete its forms. The Turkish version of this notice is authoritative.

Your full name, company, email, phone number, building location, building type, size and message content shared in the contact and service forms.

Information about the campaign link that brought you to the site (UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid) and technical records (IP address, browser information).

Usage data collected through analytics and marketing cookies, if you give consent.

Form data is processed to assess your request, respond to you and prepare a proposal, under KVKK Art. 5/2-c (necessary for entering into a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Technical records are processed to keep the site secure and prevent misuse, under Art. 5/2-f.

Analytics and marketing cookies are enabled only with your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page or by clearing your browser data.

Form data is sent through an email infrastructure provider (Google) so that your request reaches the relevant team. If your request falls within the services of a group company (e.g. GBC, NeoOfis, NeoKonut, Hector Kurumsal, Karantina Sigorta), it may be shared with that company solely to respond to you.

Under the analytics and marketing cookies you consent to, data may be transferred to service providers such as Google and Meta, whose servers may be located abroad.

Form data is deleted or anonymised after your request is concluded, at the end of the periods required by applicable law or, where none applies, within a reasonable period after the request is closed.

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn whether it is used for its intended purpose; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate and deletion where the conditions are met; to object; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
